General Guidelines
- The organizing committee welcomes the submission of original contributions for oral and poster presentations
- Each participant is limited to ONE paper only but may co-author other papers
- Abstracts should not exceeding 250 words
- All abstracts have to be written according to the as format below
- The time allocation for oral presentations is 20 minutes inclusive of question time.
- PowerPoint Presentation .ppt(x) facilities will be provided
- Posters (sized ISO A0) will be exhibited throughout the conference
The author must be present at specified times during the designated poster viewing sessions

Note:
- The abstract should be a concise summary of your presentation
- Please avoid using scientific or engineering symbols, acronyms and bullets
- It should be typed single-spaced in 9 point type Century Gothic
- Be sure to adhere to the word limitation (250 words)
Submission of Abstracts
- The working language of the conference is English
- The abstract must be sent via ARCSB2015-TriSys Easychair only and submitted no later than 15 August 2015
